The company carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Return policy for good quality products
Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
At the same time, the company pays for the delivery of goods in both directions if a defect, hidden defect or non-compliance of the goods with the heading was found in the goods.
If the customer has changed his mind about purchasing the goods or wants to change the color, size of the goods or heading, then the delivery of the goods in both directions is paid by the buyer.
The payment is returned to the buyer only after the goods are accepted by the seller. The money is sent to the buyer’s bank card or in another way, by agreement of the parties.
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
